But with your help, we can change that! When you choose our refill system, you’re helping reduce waste and creating a cleaner, greener future.

How it Works

Clean + Dry

Thoroughly clean your skincare vessel and allow it to air dry, or use a hairdryer on a low heat setting to speed up the process.

Replenish Product

Take your refill pouch, twist off the cap, and gently squeeze the product into your clean, dry vessel.

Rinse + Dry

Rinse the refill pouch and allow it to dry completely, ensuring no product residue remains inside.

Remove Spout

cut off the plastic spout and place it inside a recyclable container, such as a water bottle or plastic container, before disposing of it in your recycling bin.

Place in Reply-Paid Envelope Supplied

Placeup to 5 refill pouchesinto the provided reply-paid envelope, ensuring the envelope remains flat and the pouches are not folded.

Pop In an AusPost Box

Drop your filled envelope in any Australia Post box, and we’ll take care of the rest, recycling your refill pouches through TerraCycle!

What happens to my soft plastic once it's returned?

Return to Terracycle

Once our factory Terracycle bin is full, we send it back to Terracycle

Sorted + Processed

TerraCycle sorts and cleans the soft plastic, to prepare it for recycling

Recycled

The cleaned plastics are then recycled into raw formats that manufacturers use to make new products, such as plastic furniture, fence posts, and other items.
