Please rinse your refill pouch to ensure all product is removed, then allow it to dry completely. Once dry, cut off the plastic spout and place it in your recycling bin. Place the empty refill pouch into the prepaid envelope provided with your order, seal it, and drop it into a post box. We’ll take care of the rest by recycling the soft plastic through TerraCycle.

Soft plastics, like refill pouches, can't be recycled through curbside collection and can contaminate your recyclables, sending them to landfill. Instead, use the prepaid envelope included in your order to send back your refill pouches, and we'll ensure they are recycled properly through TerraCycle. Simply cut off the plastic spout and recycle that through your regular curbside bin, then send us the soft plastic pouch for responsible recycling. Use the spout to easily fill your existing bottle / container with your new Bod refill

Clean Your Refill Pouch

Rinse and clean your refill pouch to ensure no product residue is left and then let completely dry

Remove Spout

Using scissors, cut the pouch to remove the plastic spout and pop the spout in your kerbside recycling bin.

Pop in a Post Box

Put your refill pouches in the prepaid envelope we provided with your order. Make sure the envelope is flat and then pop in your nearest post box!
