USING YONI OIL
HOW TO: PERINEAL MASSAGE
We recommend that you start using your Yoni Oil from 32 weeks. Be consistent with your Perineal Massage. We recommend around 3-4 times per week for just under 5 minutes each time.
STEP ONE
Find a comfortable position
Thoroughly wash your hands before you start and then find a private and comfortable space to find the right position. Try sitting with one leg up or lying down with knees bent.
STEP TWO
Massaging
Apply a small amount of Yoni oil to your perineum and Insert your thumbs about 1 inch into the vagina.
Press downwards and sideways towards the rectum, stretching the tissue gently.
Hold the stretch for 1-2 minutes.
Massage in a U-shaped motion, applying gentle pressure, for about 5 minutes.
Perineal Tips
Be gentle and listen to your body; it should not be painful.
Use a mirror initially if it helps you get comfortable with the technique.
