I love the texture of this cream and how happy it makes my skin! The feel of the lid / pump of the new bottle is very different and it has a slightly stronger smell. I still love it though!

I am over the moon that you love the products. I sent you an email recently explaining where the fill line is for the different products but havent had a response so thought I'd pop it here for you :)
The fill line for most of our products are at the top of our logo. Due to the density of some products it can sometimes sit higher or lower, dependant of their mass volume. Being that our face creams are thicker they tend to sit around the bottom line of the logo. It is still absoultely filled to the 50g as we hand weigh out every product as we pour them. If the face cream was sitting below the bottom line of the logo there may have been an air pocket at the start of the pour and I would love to fix this issue for you on your next order.
In saying that I do see how this may look for the customer so we are looking into over filling our face creams above the logo in 2025 meaning they will be more like a 60g fill instead of 50g. We are still working out if this will be viable to do without having a price increase. I hope this makes sense and clarifys your concerns.

I had a personalised skin care routine made for me and it involves the following
Morning
Cleanse with cool water and konjac sponges (LOVE THE SPONGES MORE THAN I IMAGINED!) I find them gentle yet thorough in cleansing!
Revive elixir - soothing! Can feel the moisture soaking into my skin!
Eye elixir - doesn’t irritate under my sensitive eye area!
Detox day cream - light and hydrating!
Evening
Balmy makeup remover if using spf or makeup (AMAZING!)
Double cleanse with detox cleanser (I find the texture of this a bit weird but it could just be me lol *Autism things!)
revive and glow elixirs mixed together (Absolute powerhouse for evening routine! I also sometimes use my Gua Shua to massage it in!)

Glow night cream - pop on right before bed and it feels so hydrating!
