Make a positive impact with our Refill and Return program! Soft plastics, like refill pouches, can't be recycled through curbside collection and can contaminate your recyclables, sending them to landfill. Instead, use the prepaid envelope included in your order to send back your refill pouches, and we'll ensure they are recycled properly through TerraCycle. Simply cut off the plastic spout and recycle that through your regular curbside bin, then send us the soft plastic pouch for responsible recycling. Join the movement to reduce waste and help us make a difference!

Refill Bottle / Container

Use the spout to easily fill your existing bottle / container with your new Bod refill

Clean Your Refill Pouch

Rinse and clean your refill pouch to ensure no product residue is left and then let completely dry

Remove Spout

Using scissors, cut the pouch to remove the plastic spout and pop the spout in your kerbside recycling bin.

Pop in a Post Box

Put your refill pouches in the prepaid envelope we provided with your order. Make sure the envelope is flat and then pop in your nearest post box!
