It works

*** UPDATED REVIEW
I have used this a few times now and it definitely works on removing a full face.
I had never used a balm before and found the following which I hope helps others who maybe also haven’t:
-use a dry makeup remover sponge/cloth (I use the bod society ones) I realised when I used it wet it took ages but wiped off in one go with dry pads.
-if travelling pop it in a leakproof container or bag as if in higher heat the balm does melt and could leak!

Literally melts makeup away

When the description states that this product melts the makeup away- that is exactly what it does! Love it so much, nothing else I’ve tried even comes close!

Does the job!

This has been really good to remove sunscreen, mascara and bb cream at the end of the day. I use on dry skin first, then dampen my finger tips and massage a bit more, then use a wet reusable pad to take off the rest. Follow up with cleanser.
Love it! Highly recommend.
