Plese clean your refill pouch, let it dry completely and then cut off the plastic spout (this can go in your recycling bin). Use the prepaid envelope we supplied with your order and post back your refill pouches.

Soft plastics, like refill pouches, can't be recycled through curbside collection and can contaminate your recyclables, sending them to landfill. Instead, use the prepaid envelope included in your order to send back your refill pouches, and we'll ensure they are recycled properly through TerraCycle. Simply cut off the plastic spout and recycle that through your regular curbside bin, then send us the soft plastic pouch for responsible recycling. Clean Your Refill Pouch

Rinse and clean your refill pouch to ensure no product residue is left and then let completely dry

Remove Spout

Using scissors, cut the pouch to remove the plastic spout and pop the spout in your kerbside recycling bin.

Pop in a Post Box

Put your refill pouches in the prepaid envelope we provided with your order. Make sure the envelope is flat and then pop in your nearest post box!
